The problem
Category pages had high LCP and unstable layout. The marketing team was blocked by long development cycles and the board didn’t want to approve a full replatform.
The solution
We built a headless PoC only on the main category, keeping backend and business logic as they were. We compared user behaviour between the legacy category and the new headless one.
PoC results (2-week test)
